Karachi: TVone proudly presents an upcoming drama serial “Ghughi”,
which is based on timeless masterpiece novel PINJAR by Amrita Pritam.

Background:
“Ghughi’s” story is based on a passionate love, uncontrolled
hate and ferocious enmity. It is
dramatized against the violent catastrophe of partition and its haunting
outcomes and wounds. The serial is also has devote by soul stirring songs and vivacious
subcontinent culture. As we know, that the world has already been witnessed,
that many great women have had been once great writers and they will be once again
once in future. We have great names of female writers, who have written about
women abduction, victims of revenge or being dishonored. All these writers have
written about these issues fearlessly. You just have to begin taking the names

The novel is written by Amrita Pritam, which is considered
as one of the best novel sue to its realistic and heart wrenching portrayal, winning
many awards. It’s a story about young girl being kidnapped for so called family’s
honor as revenge.
Starring:
The starring cast is none other than the Pakistani drama’s
one of the leading actors and actress, who played the leading roles confidently
and with deep emotions.
The cast includes:
Adnan Siddqui; Rashid Mehmood; Hamza Firdous; Asma Abbas; Mohsin
Gillani; Farah Tufail; Raheela Agha; Haris Waheed; Khalid Butt; and introducing

The serial is written by renowned Amna Mufti and Directed by
Iqbal Hussain. The mega serial is produced by leading stars Adnan Siddiqui (CEO
of Cereal entertainment Co) and Akhtar Hussain.
